It had to go up eventually. I do like the style of the advert, what with the PlayMobile esque people and all, but I really worry that DMU feels the need for a tv advert. We already have enough of a reputation as a 'mickey-mouse' university that lets anyone in, I kinda think we could have done without the gimicky-ness. However it does reflect how laid back the uni is, and the Campus Centre you see in the background of the final shot really does look that futuristic.
I'd be interested to see how many people who study at DMU saw the advert before they made their choices.

Also, on a side note at the request of several different people, the SwiftCover.com will be reviewed once we can get a hold of the brand new version with the chicken using a computer.
I don't know about anyone else, but these adverts scare the beejesus out of me. More to come.
